We are beyond excited to share that LAFSC’s very first Industry Sponsor is Sunset Studios!
The class of 2023 had an incredible semester in the LAFSC facilities at Sunset Las Palmas. Attending classes on a working studio lot is such an immersive and rich experience, and students would come to class with stories of actors, set pieces, live animals, prop cars and trucks, and all kinds of elements of production they encountered from day to day. They made friends with the studio staff and other tenants, and constantly remained at the offices outside of class to write, hold auditions, have production meetings, edit, and just hang out.
We are thrilled to be back at Sunset Studios for Spring 2024, this time at the historic Sunset Gower lot. Sunset Studios is now not only our fantastic property management company, but our partner, generously sponsoring a portion of the cost of our space. The studios have been incredibly gracious to us in making this opportunity a reality, and their generosity has enabled us to once again host LAFSC right in the heart of an active industry.
